So basically, my dream school is too expensive, and to attend four years there would translate into roughly $90k in debt when all said and done.
Here I thought I was finally going to be able to leave the Midwestern state I call home for something so much sweeter, my dream city of Seattle, Washington.
Unfortunately, it looks like I’ll have to attend an in-state university instead to skim off 20-30k of debt before transferring my Junior year instead. Why must private / out-of-state education be so insanely costly (or college for that matter)? -and yet that tuition price only seems to rise as the years go by.
In case you didn’t know, the student loan debt is surpassing credit card debt now…which is completely Mad. Who else feels my pain? (plenty, I’m sure.)
